OEM INFORMATION SHEET

 

The process of creating your own brand requires some effort and there are several things that you will need to keep in mind when you are considering creating your own brand. As they say, if it were easy, everyone would be doing it.

The benefits of creating your own brand, however, are also substantial as you will be building a brand that can differentiate yourself from your competitors. You can choose the logo, slogan and other personalized facets of your brand. In most cases, if you plan to sell your products in the United States, you will need to have them certified by NSF and UPC or other organizations. Hydronic tanks do not require these certifications. Flo-Rite will help walk you through each step of the process.

 

In order to create your own brand, you will need to consider the following:

 

1. Product Pricing: (pricing will be supplied by Flo-Rite)

 

2. Certifications: (NSF and UPC, where applicable)

Set-up cost to be added to Factory NSF certification: $3,000

Yearly cost: $3,000 (this covers the complete range of tanks)

Set-up cost to be added to factory UPC certification: $3,000

Yearly cost: $3,000 (this is for thermal expansion tanks)

Other certifications will be discussed when necessary

3. Container Capacity: Flo-Rite will supply you with our Container Load Calculator to help determine the amounts that you can safely fit into your container.

 

4. Your Logo: We can help you to design the labels once we have your Logo

 

5. Printing: You need to supply us with your Logo/Artwork for the boxes.

The fee for printing the labels is $100/container

The mold fee for printing the boxes is $600 (one time fee)

 

6. Installation/Instruction Sheet: We can help you to design it.

The fee for printing the Installation Sheets is $100/container

 

7. Shipping: We need to know the destination Port of Entry and destination delivery address. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the shipping of the goods from the port of departure to your final destination address (FOB).

 

8. Standard Payment Terms: Since these products are being specially made for you and your brand, we are therefore unable to simply resell them, and we therefore require a 30% payment up front. The balance is due 30 Days after the date of the Bill of Lading (Net30 FOB).

 

9. Pallet Fee: If you choose to use pallets, the additional fee is $15/pallet. We do not suggest pallets for well tanks.
